Opened in 2011, Spoon restaurant meant a new challenge for us and for your interesting surprise, unforgettable, in terms of gastronomy. Located in Oradea, inside the Lotus Center, upstairs, Spoon restaurant is distinguished by a refined elegance.

Combining skill, passion and responsibility, we managed to achieve an interesting menu, sophisticated and diverse, extremely well presented, the traditional Romanian cuisine and international specialties harmoniously refined folds. In addition to these delicious Pizza, special sauces and fine cheese, processed meat and fish assorted with various salads and savory. Finally, the most appetizing desserts and a wide range of fine drinks expects to enjoy! Also known Romanian wines come to delight taste and contribute to spending unforgettable moments in our restaurant.

Biography:

Birthday: 28.07.1978

Professional Activity:
n 1994, at age 16, graduated from vocational school for chefs.
In the same year was employment in Baile Felix at S.C.T. Felix Turism S.A., at Poienita Hotel.
In 2000 he began his military service. The officers served by its culinary specialties.
After military service he continued in the same unit hotel in Baile Felix.
In the summer 2002 he committed in Hungary, Lake Balaton from Lucifer Csarda, restaurant Hungarian.
5 December 2002 Commercial Center opening 'Lotus Market' led cuisine restaurant 'Lotus' rustic restaurant. All the same kitchen served and four other units with specific: Pizza, Grill, Salads, Gourmand.
On 8 September 2011 he returned to Oradea as chef of the restaurant Spoon. 
Spoon restaurant serves other fast food units and Hall Weddings and Events Lotus.
During this period the work was commissioned by famous restaurants and hotels to organize and prepare for weddings, dinners.

Contests and Awards:
In 2009 the International Championship of outdoor cooking in Cluj-Napoca, attended the section 'Cold Kitchen' and 'Creation'. As awards 'Special Award' at the two sections above, and 'mental' for culinary pairing with wines.
In the summer of 2011 Dénes was chef in Denmark, Aalborg town in Costa Hos restaurant, a Greek restaurant.
Diploma obtained in 2012 'Restaurant Manager' awarded by the Ministry of Education, Research, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Labour, Family and Equal Opportunities.
